Great after care
Bought an Hyundai i 40 from Quality cars & Commercials . Initially there was a couple of issues with the car , But i have to say there service received from Casper was 1 st class ( the issues where no ones fault and unforeseeable ) I notified the dealer and they immediately instructed me to book it into a garage . The repairs took a couple of weeks to resolve but this was a supply issue not an issue with the dealer. The repairs where carried out and paid for without any hassle . They extended my warranty as a gesture of good faith to 12 mths . They answered all my calls no hint of " trying to pass the blame etc " Very happy with the after sales service Thank you Casper

Yet again happy with a car from quality cars. My 3 years finance deal just elapsed and I decided to use quality cars again. Easy process, good money for my part exchange, same day free local delivery. Will definitely use again

We visited the showroom in July 2022 looking for a car for my wife. Both gentlemen who work at the showroom were keen to help. They were friendly and knowledgeable without being too sales driven. We have been driving our Toyota Yaris automatic car for six months now and there has been no issue at all. We would recommend this showroom to others. Honest, trustworthy and fair prices! Excellent showroom.

A really wide selection of cars of all makes and models, which were In really nice condition. The cars were well laid out so that you could see them from all angles. We were lucky to have really great salesman, Casper, who was really helpful but not too pushy. I personally will go there any time that I'm need of buying a new car.

We have now purchased our 3rd van from here. We use them for home delivery and three years on, absolutely no issues. Amazing bunch of guys, always helpful and top class service. Highly recommended and will definitely go back for any of our cars or vans. Good chaps, good cars and vans and easy to deal with.

Travelled from South of Gloucester 90 miles to see the mazda 6. Perfectly happy with the car and after we found the locking wheel nut missing the guys at Quality Cars paid for the locking nuts to be removed and replaced with normal nuts. Couldn't ask for any more than that. Friendly and professional service from Mark. Thanks guys and would recommend checking this place out. Happy customer!
